2008. We sold him because we are retaining his daughters.

aka "Big Girl" was purchased as a
yearling heifer. The calf at
her side is her 09 heifer by PFI ZOOM
417. Big Girl had twin bulls in 2008. She calved with no assistance, but
the calves were dead when we found them. She was up licking them, mooing
to them and trying to get them up. They were both fully formed
60 lb calves. She is an excellent mother.
Bred for spring
2010 to Miller Angus Bull. She
and her 2009 heifer will be retained and bred to Black Icon for 2011.
Note: The steer calf to her right is an example of a YEARLING Beef Builder
Steer. He was already bigger than most of our cows and the two year old
Angus bull that was running with them last summer!!

aka "Baby Girl" was our first Braunveih calved here at
the farm. She is out of PFI Miss Boy and sired by PFI Zoom 417. She is
pictured with her full brother behind her and her 09 heifer in front of
her. This is her second calf. She is a sweetheart to work
with and she has calved with no assistance.
Bred for spring
2010 to Miller Angus Bull. She and her
heifer will be retained and
be bred to Black Icon for 2011.

These cows were exposed to Z Alliance of MAF, a registered Angus
bull June 10th through October 1st, 2009. Their 2010 calves will be eligible
for registry with the BAA as Beef Builders .
